|
Principal designer, Leah Fay, was formally trained in
Kitchen Design by the National Kitchen and Bath
Association. After years of design and sales
experience, she was promoted to Director of
Education/Technical Trainer for a leading kitchen and
bath firm in the Chicago area.
During this tenure as Director of Education, she
discovered a need for homeowners to be able to
get their designs completed outside of the
posted store hours. Additionally, sales
personnel were trying to sell and design at the
same time, resulting in lackluster presentations
or, on some occasions, flawed designs.
Subsequently, Fay Design Services was created. As an
independent designer, Leah offers homeowners, designers
and contractors the advantage of tracking their projects
online, according to their own schedules.
Additionally, sales
personnel can now concentrate on recruiting new business
by contracting out the design work
We provide a design experience unlike any other. We
believe that all the design work should be done where
it's being used - in the home. Unlike some companies,
we're internet-based, so you can see your project come
to life in the comfort of your own home, whenever it’s
convenient for you.
